Privacy Policy

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Rexclick, Inc. (“Rexclick,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information through Rexclick websites, applications, and other services that link to this policy (collectively, the “Services”). A Service may provide an additional notice when its features, audience, location, or legal requirements call for more specific information. When a supplemental notice applies, the affected Service will provide a link or other clear access to it alongside this policy. The supplemental notice forms part of this policy for the Service and circumstances it covers and controls if it provides a different rule.
2. Key terms
Personal information means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be linked to a person or household, together with equivalent concepts protected by applicable law.
De-identified information means information that cannot reasonably be linked to a person or household. Rexclick does not attempt to re-identify information it treats as de-identified.
Aggregated information means information combined or summarized across multiple events or users. Aggregated information is not personal information under this policy when it cannot reasonably be linked to a person or household. Underlying information used to produce an aggregated report may still be personal information.
When applicable law gives a specific meaning to terms such as sell, share, targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising, that legal meaning applies to Rexclick’s commitments in the relevant jurisdiction. Any required jurisdiction-specific explanation will appear in a supplemental notice.
3. Information handled through the Services
Ordinary use
Rexclick does not require users to create accounts and does not request names, contact details, payment information, or other direct identifiers through ordinary use of the Services. Limited technical information may still be processed as described below.
Operating and securing the Services
Rexclick or service providers acting on Rexclick’s behalf may process limited technical information—such as network addresses, browser or device information, request records, and error or diagnostic information—when reasonably necessary to deliver, maintain, secure, or troubleshoot a Service.
Rexclick uses operational information available to it only to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and protect the Services, enforce applicable terms, and meet legal obligations. Rexclick does not use it for targeted advertising, tracking people across unrelated services, or building advertising profiles.
Aggregated analytics
A service provider may process underlying usage or technical information on Rexclick’s behalf to produce analytics. That processing remains within the scope of this policy when performed on Rexclick’s instructions. Rexclick receives only general analytics reports of aggregated Service use and uses them to understand overall usage and improve the Services.
Cookies and similar technologies
A Service may use cookies, device storage, or similar technologies for operation, security, preferences, diagnostics, or aggregated measurement. Rexclick does not use these technologies for targeted advertising or to track people across unrelated services. The technologies actually used by each Service are verified before release and described in a service-specific notice when required.
Voluntary correspondence
If you contact Rexclick, we receive the contact details, message, and other information you choose to provide. We use it to review and respond to your communication and for related recordkeeping or legal obligations. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your request.
4. How information is used
Rexclick may use personal information to provide, maintain, protect, and troubleshoot the Services; respond to communications and requests; understand aggregated usage patterns; enforce applicable terms; protect Rexclick, users, and others; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Rexclick does not exchange personal information for money or other valuable benefit, use it for targeted advertising, track people across unrelated services, or build advertising profiles.
5. How information is disclosed
A provider may process personal information on Rexclick’s behalf when necessary to support a Service. Provider roles are determined by actual purpose and conduct: a provider may act on Rexclick’s instructions for one activity and independently for another. Rexclick remains responsible for accurately describing processing performed on its behalf.
Rexclick may disclose personal information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, or transfer of relevant assets.
A Service may link to or allow interaction with an independently operated website, application, platform, or service. Information you provide directly to an independent service is governed by that service’s privacy practices.
Rexclick does not disclose personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Retention
Rexclick retains personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was handled, including operating and protecting the Services, responding to correspondence, resolving disputes, and satisfying legal obligations. Retention and deletion controls are verified for each relevant system before release and after material changes.
7. Security and incidents
Rexclick uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the information it handles. The controls supporting this statement are verified before publication and after material changes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Rexclick will provide security-incident notices when required by applicable law.
8. Children’s privacy
Before a Service links to this policy, Rexclick classifies its audience and data flows. A child-directed or mixed-audience Service receives a service-specific review and notice when required.
Before collecting children’s personal information, Rexclick implements any required parental notice or consent, data minimization, age-appropriate controls, parental rights, and restrictions on advertising, tracking, and provider use. Persistent identifiers may be personal information under children’s privacy laws even when a child does not provide a name or contact information; narrow exceptions may apply when information is used solely for a Service’s internal operations.

9. Privacy rights and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information Rexclick holds about you, such as rights to request access, correction, or deletion.
Send a request to the postal address below and mark the envelope “Privacy Request.” You may also submit a monitored electronic request through the Rexclick contact form. Identify the relevant Service and platform and describe the requested action. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless Rexclick specifically requests information reasonably necessary to verify and locate records. Rexclick may contact you for limited additional information and will respond as required by applicable law.
Because Rexclick does not require accounts and receives analytics in aggregated form, Rexclick may be unable to link a request to identifiable records. If so, Rexclick will inform the requester and, when required by applicable law, describe the categories of aggregated or de-identified information it maintains. Additional request methods will be offered where required by applicable law.
10. Apple App Store
For a Rexclick application distributed through Apple, its App Store privacy information describes the applicable Apple build and integrated components. Apple may also process information independently under its own privacy policy.
11. Google Play
For a Rexclick application distributed through Google Play, its Data safety information describes the applicable Google Play build and integrated components. Google may also process information independently under its own privacy policy.
Platform disclosures may differ when builds or platform features differ, and neither replaces this policy.
12. International use
Rexclick is based in the United States. If you use a Service from another country, personal information may be processed in the United States or another country where a service provider operates. Privacy protections may differ among jurisdictions.
13. Supplemental notices
Where applicable law requires additional category-level disclosures, source or purpose descriptions, sensitive-information treatment, legal bases, automated-decision disclosures, choices, consent, request methods, appeals, authorized-agent procedures, regulator or complaint information, or international-transfer information, Rexclick will provide a jurisdiction- or Service-specific supplemental notice and mechanism before offering the affected Service in that context.
14. Changes to this policy
Rexclick may update this policy as its Services or practices change. The updated policy will show a revised effective date. Rexclick will provide additional notice when required by applicable law.
