Pho Saigon II Restaurant in Clermont, Florida
We have always loved the freshness and flavors of Vietnamese food. Phở or Pho is a soup containing beef broth, rice noodles, herbs, and meat. There are thousands of pho restaurants and street stalls throughout Vietnam where pho is a popular dish. Saigon II has brought this soup and many other delicious Vietnamese dishes to Clermont. Their flavors are really on point. Fresh, light, delicate yet bold.
We have eaten at this restaurant many times and wanted to write a post on our experience. They are super friendly. I must confess, I love some of their dishes so much that every time we go, we order the same dishes. We see others eating plates that look so delicious we want to eat them as well. But the same dishes keep on calling us back.

When we say fresh, we mean fresh. This is one of the hallmarks of Vietnamese food. It is made when you order it and the freshness shows.
This is my personal favorite. The brown sauce at the bottom is delicious, and you break apart the crispy noodle and soak in the sauce and then the seafood. Hmmm, hmmm, good.
This grilled selection is fantastic. Served with some vegetables on top of rice noodles (cold). The sauce is awesome and pulls the entire dish together. Lucky for me, my wife shares.
Brewed black tea with spices like vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom, and star anise. Served over ice with condensed milk.
One last thing, they serve nice portions of all their dishes. Their soups are massive. You will most likely take some home.
If you have never tried Vietnamese food, we fully encourage you to try it. It is worth it. They are located next to the Epic theater in Clermont.
