First Watch Breakfast and Lunch, Clermont, Florida

We recently went to First Watch for breakfast. When it comes to finding a delicious breakfast place in Clermont, First Watch is a fantastic option! The menu features all your favorite breakfast items, pancakes, waffles, eggs, bacon, and omelets. Plus, many beautiful, deliciously crafted plates with exotic names. In addition, they have a great selection of Lunch items, such as sandwiches, salads, and soups. They use fresh ingredients in their recipes, which results in a delicious and satisfying meal. 

Although we have always gone for breakfast, the lunch menu sounds delicious. We look forward to our next visit being around lunchtime so we can taste that side of the menu. If anyone has suggestions on what to try for lunch, brunch, or breakfast, please leave a comment below. 

We savored the following dishes during our recent visit;

Chile Chorizo Omelet: Chorizo, avocado, green chilies, house-roasted onions, Cheddar, and Monterey Jack cheeses. All-natural sour cream tops the dish, served with a side of housemade pico de gallo.

Frittata Rustica: A classic Italian-Style omelet with Crimini mushrooms, kale, house-roasted onions, and tomatoes topped with Mozzarella and Parmesan. The plate was served with ciabatta toast and lemon-dressed organic mixed greens; however, I substituted it for cheesy grits. 

Lemon Ricotta Pancakes: Fresh whipped ricotta cheese added to a multigrain batter. The pancakes were served as a “mid-stack” of two topped with creamy lemon curd, seasonal berries, and powdered cinnamon sugar.

Open for breakfast and lunch from 7 am to 2:30 pm. The waiting times are manageable. We are usually seated immediately to about 15-minute wait times.

In summary, First Watch has proven to be an excellent restaurant to have a great meal with family and friends. Food is served quickly, and the staff is super friendly. There is a wide selection of tasty, unique dishes that are sure to please. We truly hope you enjoy your visit as much as we did.
